Our Women On the Way (W.O.W.) group champions a safe, empowering environment for women, fostering support, collaboration, and personal growth. Through targeted discussions, we tackle vital topics for individual and community advancement.

Writing to Exhale Journaling & Jam

This group brings together people interested in expressing their thoughts and emotions through writing, offering a supportive space for self-reflection and personal growth. Participants engage in writing exercises and discussions, sharing their work for feedback or keeping it private. This group encourages a sense of community and connection as members explore their paths of self-discovery through writing.

Este programa es para individuos que aprenden inglés como segunda lengua, los cursos de ESL ayudan a mejorar las habilidades lingüísticas. Este programa hace hincapié en la expansión del vocabulario y la comunicación oral para facilitar el dominio del idioma.

Este círculo de habla española sirve a la comunidad de Abajo y Más allá, ya que tiene como objetivo abordar las preocupaciones, ofrecer apoyo y fomentar las conexiones entre sus miembros. A través de la comunicación abierta, cultiva un ambiente para debates honestos, respetuosos y sin juicio, alimentando las relaciones dentro de la comunidad.

Narcotics Anonymous (NA), founded in 1953, is a nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. Narcotics Anonymous uses a 12-step model developed for people with varied substance use disorders.
